The St. Charles Culinary Team, under the direction of Executive Chef Justin Fleming , provides a variety of freshly prepared meals to suit all ages and tastes. The menus are created with care each week and you will enjoy every bite!
There are several dining areas to suit your preferences, including the Main Dining Room, Bosun’s Lounge, and The Terrace. Each room has its own ambiance, but all are full of conversation and laughter between fellow Members. Wednesday evenings are the very popular “Club Night” that begins in our Bosun’s Lounge followed by a hand-crafted meal of your choice.
Everyone enjoys the themed parties from a Caribbean night, Tacky Tourist, Monte Carlo evening and so much more. The Commodore’s Ball is the formal highlight of the season! It is an annual gala dinner-dance held in honor of the current Commodore. All current flag officers and past commodores wear their uniforms. There is a formal entrance or “Grand March’ of officers and spouses. The Members take this opportunity to recognize and thank the people who are responsible for the Club for the year. After the announcements and invocation, dinner and dancing commence.
