SCYC Mission Statement:
St. Charles Yacht Club will:
- Identify, measure, and increase member engagement and enjoyment of our facilities, amenities, dining, social and boating experiences;
- Strive to maintain not less than 215 current membership equivalents;
- Strive to increase the reserves to achieve our aspirational needs for the Vision Statement;
- Establish and maintain 75% of projected rolling 3-year expenses shown in the 10 Year Maintenance & Capital Improvement Plan.
